Privacy Policy
How Urrly handles website, recruiting, and candidate information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Urrly collects, uses, shares, and protects information through urrly.com, through recruiting inquiries, and through candidate processes such as applications, interviews, and client introductions.
Effective date: April 12, 2026
What we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, role or hiring context, job application materials, interview notes, communications, and website interaction data.
On the website, this can include information you submit through forms, scheduling links, and analytics or anti-spam tooling.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, run recruiting searches, evaluate candidates, communicate with clients and candidates, improve the site, prevent spam or abuse, and measure marketing performance.
We also use candidate and recruiting information to help clients evaluate fit, compare candidates, and make hiring decisions.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, process inquiries, schedule meetings, prevent fraud, run analytics, or support recruiting operations.
If you are a candidate or prospective candidate, we may share your application materials, interview notes, recruiter summaries, and other recruiting information with the relevant client or prospective employer when that is part of the hiring process.
Recorded calls and interviews
If we record a phone call, video interview, or similar communication, we will provide notice and request any consent required by applicable law before recording.
Where recording is disclosed and permitted, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and related notes may be reviewed internally and shared with the relevant client or prospective employer as part of the recruiting process.
This policy is meant to explain our handling of recorded information, but it does not replace the just-in-time notice we should provide at the time of the call or interview.
Cookies, analytics, and marketing tools
Urrly uses tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, RB2B, and Cloudflare Turnstile to understand site usage, measure marketing effectiveness, and reduce spam or bot submissions.
We may also use service providers such as Vercel, Calendly, Breezy HR, and internal operational tools to support the website, scheduling, jobs pages, and recruiting workflows.
Jobs and third-party services
Our jobs page may link you to our live jobs board hosted by Breezy HR. When you apply through Breezy, your information is also subject to Breezy's platform and privacy terms in addition to Urrly's recruiting process.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the website, support recruiting work, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against misuse.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle, but no website or transmission method is completely risk-free.
Your choices and contact
If you want to update, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted to Urrly, contact us at search@urrly.com.
Depending on where you live, you may also have additional privacy rights. We can review requests and respond as required by applicable law.
